Dear CCCC Clergy and Leaders,
I am asking for your help with the CCCC July 25-28, 2011 Annual Conference Meeting which will be held at the Crown Plaza Hotel Cleveland City Centre, 777 Clair Ave. NE, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.
On September 21, 2010 I need you to meet with me and Rev. Don Ehler, our program Coordinator, who will explain everything concerning the plans for 400-500 Conference attendees expected at our 2011 Annual Meeting. We have to get everything ready for their arrival for the four days. We have 15 committees that need filling. I have attached a brief description of the 15 committees and the years tentative calendar. A more complete description of the committees will be given you at our September 21 meeting. I am going to need all of your help and people from your churches.
Our planning meeting will be held Tuesday, September 21, 9am-5pm at the Crown Plaza Hotel with Don Ehler and others who will walk us through the committees and facility. Three of you have committed to heading up or helping with three of the committees.
Please put September 21, on your calendars and plan to meet me in Cleveland for the day. Make this a priority. It is a big job, but we can do it together. In August I will be contacting you by phone or e-mail to see what specifically you might be willing to do to help.
Please be praying about it.
I hope to see some of you in Springfield, MA next week at annual conference. On Wednesday evening we will meet in the Sheraton Springfield Hotel lobby at 5pm, eat somewhere, and fellowship until the evening session.
