Reformation Institute Registration Fee: $50.00 (Non-refundable after April 15th) must accompany completed registration form.

Rooms with 2 or more beds: $26.67 plus $3.33 tax $30/person/night
Rooms with 1 person: $40.00 plus $5.00 tax $45/night
(Rates are based upon a Reformation Institute minimum of 10 rooms for 2 nights, a total of 20 room nights)
April 15th Deadline for above special hotel rates!
Meals:
The cost for the meal program (6 meals) will be $63.50 per person and will include meals, taxes and gratuities. Hotel Millersburg requires a Reformation Institute minimum of 20 meal packages to retain these prices.
